Firstly, a LEASE AGREEMENT is recognised in Australia as PROOF OF LEGAL ADDRESS, and can be used for various purposes, e.g. school admission. Secondly, by staying with 3FELLAS Stayz, you are creating your own RENTAL HISTORY, which will help you in the future, when you wish to find your own place.
No, not at all. You don't pay us an excess for your Lease Agreeement.

Our TWIN-SHARED accommodation is specially designed for those who love company and want to live "light on the pocket".
Yes, of course. We provide ideal accommodation for families and couples. Being mindful of you and your kids, our accommodation products are carefully designed so kids will enjoy their stay, too.
Your roommate/flatmate will be someone just like yourself, and who has satisfied our stringent KYC process.

Yes, of course. We show you the actual photographs of the accommodation; what you see in the pictures is, essentially, what you get. We will provide you our company bank details (with SWIFT code) to pre-book your accommodation and take away all your worries.
Your rent includes gas, electricity, water, unlimited Wi-fi, weekly cleaning and yes… you may also have access to all amenities available in the building e.g. Swimming Pool etc.
Well… Rent is payable Fortnightly, in advance.
We encourage you to pay rent by DIRECT DEPOSIT to our company account (sorry; we can’t accept cash).
Yes, You need to pay 2-4 week's rent as a bond depending on your length of stay. We DO NOT KEEP YOUR BOND. Instead, you pay directly to the Government's FAIRTRADE OFFICE. That way, YOUR BOND MONEY IS SAFE and returned to you when you leave the accommodation.
YES. All 3FELLAS Stayz accommodations are furnished. Following is what you get in all 3FELLAS Stayz accommodation (basically, everything you need to get you started!): Sofa -- Dining Table and chairs -- Coffee Table (if space allows) – Fridge -- Washing Machine -- Dryer* -- Microwave -- Sandwich Maker – Toaster -- Single Bed -- Single Mattress -- Fitted Bed Sheet -- Bed side table -- Basic Kitchen utensils – Bin -- Clothes Drying Stand -- Air conditioning*
Yes! At 3FELLAS Stayz we ensure all accommodation is clean and hygienic when you move in; what’s more, we will keep it that way. We provide weekly cleaning services to you as part of your rent! Yes, you read it right: weekly cleaning at NO ADDITIONAL COST to you!
We provide basic kitchen utensils to get you started.
3FELLAS Stayz understands how critical internet speed is for expats and students. That’s why we choose NBN over ADSL wherever available. Internet speed varies from 10mbps** to 100mbps** depending on the area and service providers.
Yes. 3FELLAS Stayz guarantees all accommodation is within 10 min. maximum walk from public transport.
Don’t worry, this is all taken care of. All 3FELLAS Stayz accommodation is a short stroll from grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities.
